Best app to get around in japan, highly recommended
More concise and accessible than Hyperdia. My only peeve is the keyboard lag when youre typing in station names. Pls work this out but otherwise super helpful and I dont write a lot of reviews!
Doesnt recognize bus stops Cant adjust time to before current time Many other apps available for navigation This one is worthless
Better with update...still Think the inapp prices are too high Give tourists a break...they are helping your economy!
This is one the worst malfunctioning app I have ever seen. It drains the whole battery in a day alone. You have to decide whether youd dedicate your phone solely to this app or not. Dont not get this app and never buy subscription which it names buying ticket. Total waste.
Very useful for changing train and stuff
There are many apps that provide transit services and this is one of the better ones. However, two points need addressing and keeps the stars low. Firstly, even after completing a survey, I am asked to complete it again and again. Seriously, get this fixed. It wastes my time and is not useful for the company. Secondly, the only option for location services is to have always on, even when not using the app. This drains the battery and is really annoying, there should be an option to use location services when using the app. Get these fixed and this app will be one to recommend.
Even since updating new version, it keep crashing when opening. I didnt even see whats different from the previous version. All I can see is the welcoming poster.
Only returns expensive options, such as green cars, rather than the common, cheap and easy ones. Shockingly poor. Really surprised Japan doesnt have a good English app.
I used this application recently as Im still learning nihonggo so beside using the navi (nihonggo ver. ) I also use this as another reference if I need to change other line which is helpful. I just want to suggest if you could put a home number or platform number on where we can wait the train cause what happens to me was Im from oedo line and I need to go to daimon to transfer there, so heres the thing it is indicated that I need to take the train going to tochomae, so instead going to akabanebashi I realized that Im in the wrong track , both ends is bound for tochomae.
Since I started to use this app many improvements took place. Its more efficient and battery friendly and better overall. Customer service is responding fast and seriously. I believe this app deserves five star. I recommend to anybody living in Japan. New design also looks nice.
Thank you for the application. I really love it!
I have lived in Japan for many months but still I dont get to the place on time thats why I needed a powerful app that will give me information about train schedule and status. Dont get me wrong, this app is almost perfect and I have been using it ever since the day I got here. The only missing components is "live timer", probably train status and platform number. Trains platform number is very important for those people who arent aware to the line company name so I guess those three components are a must have.
Good/ free for train routes. Shows all stations on the way. No history (save). A little cluttered. All-time tracking required for location searches. No way. Im sticking with Japan Transit- not as polished but excellent and free.
It is one of the best japan travel apps i have used. Nice design and great details. I only wish the full services were not expensive. Regardless everything you need to know from point A to point B is here.
Beautiful app, really clean and easy to use.
I love this app. Works great for me. Invaluable in assisting the navigation to correct trains in Japan.
Crash in IOS8
If you are new to Japan, it might be confusing to understand the fare system in the beginning. This app succeeds on giving this support, so you always know how much you are going to pay. Most of the important features are available in the free tier. Must have!
